Google is a dream organization for the employees working somewhere else and one already working in Google cannot even imagine switching to other tech based company. Its Software engineers and developers are enjoying the highly attractive salaries, benefits and most important benevolent employer who takes care of their needs as much as possible. Google also sets limits for its employees and crossing them will instantly result pink slip and being fired from Google for lifetime.

What Google employees avoid most publically not being fired and ruining career?   

We conducted the in depth on ex-Google employees who were sharing personal experiences on forums like Quora and Reddit. Here are the few cases presenting relating to what happened with Google employees when they breached the code of conduct and did something publically which they prohibited for.

Mark Jen is a person who joined Google in the year of 2005. Soon he joined and started working for Google, made a blog and started writing about the inside information of organization and its overall working environment. He was fired eleven days after joining. In an interview, he stated that even months after he was not conversant with the fact that what made Google to terminate them.

Steve Yegge is quite different example who wrote a long post on Google+ platform and its effectiveness in which he referred it as a pathetic platform and posted publicly. He was not fired by Google on discrediting something which developed by its employer.

Brian Bi is the present employee of Google and working as a software engineer stated that no employee can talk about the upcoming Google product and neither sharing any detail relating to its proprietary system. In case any employee do not follow it, will be fired on immediate basis.

David Tussey has been employed in Google for last six years and tells that Google also has dos and donts like other tech company. It does not allow employees sharing competition sensitive data, launch of new products and its date, acquisition plans and anything which can challenge the competitive position of the Google.
